Once upon a time, during the year 2020, the Walters had just had their first kid. Whether it was the overwhelming sleep-deprivation or the state of the world at the time… no one will know. All we know is that Kyle knew he had to make a board game. So every night since then (between the hours of 10pm and midnight) Kyle designed and illustrated the literally epic game STORYBURG. It wasn’t just diapers that got changed, but our hearts changed too. We fell in love with STORYBURG – and we hope you do too.

Dancing Koala Games strives to transform tabletops into amazing cooperative (or solo!) story-based experiences through games. We like to create immersive worlds that captivate players from start to finish… weaving intricate narratives filled with rich characters and unexpected plot twists. We like to design games for seasoned gamers looking for a challenge AND newcomers eager to embark on gaming journeys.
